The first year of your baby’s life is filled with beautiful “firsts” and incredible milestones… but turning ONE is certainly the most special of them all.
This is why Cake Smash and Fruit Smash sessions are so popular: they are perfect for capturing all the cute, funny expressions and your little one’s emerging personality in a memorable way!
With this special offer you can book your First Birthday Cake Smash for only £25!
This not only includes your time in the studio, but also your personalised birthday-themed setup, matching decorations and cake!
What is included
Your session will take approximately 1 hours and include 3 “mini” sessions to capture a variety of portraits:
- Simple portraits to capture your little one in your birthday finery
- The Cake! When your wee one will have free reign to smash, eat and generally make a mess!
- Splash! Which also doubles up nicely as clean up time too.
Ahead of the session you can choose a colour scheme or theme that I will use to create your personalised setup: whether your love bright colours, fruit, subtle soft colours… we will make it happen!
I also provide all decorations and cake to match your setup.
The session will take place in my baby-specialised Dumfries based studio.

Your gallery and products
After the photography session we will schedule your viewing and ordering appointment, this will usually take place at the studio about 14 days later.
Here you will view your final gallery of approximately 20 beautifully edited images and choose the best options for displaying them at home.
You will be able to choose from a selection of digital bundles (starting from £199), all inclusive collections (to keep your full gallery of images) and printed artwork.
